Undergraduate Student Michelle Ji Completes Summer Research at Cancer Institute of New Jersey
Michelle Ji, an undergraduate and student research assistant at the Ge-iSEE lab, spend the summer of 2024 working at the Cancer Institute of New Jersey, During her time there, she conducted data analysis on Bio-nano Optical Genome Mapping (OGM) and Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) data. Additionally, she played a key role in validating variations through PCR, cloning, and in-vitro transfection, contributing to breast cancer research efforts.
