Joey (Zhou) Zang

Joey (Zhou) Zang is a PhD candidate in the Department of Geography and Planning, supervised by Dr. Jane Liu. His doctoral research focuses on global-scale, long-term tropospheric ozone climatology, where he uses remote sensing, modeling, and statistical techniques to explore ozone trends and their links to climate change. In the lab, Joey has contributed to the development of advanced geospatial models that enhance the measurement of air pollution and meteorological factors, helping to build a crucial data repository for environmental epidemiological research.
